Oven Baked Buffalo Wings

Classic Buffalo Wings baked in the oven.

These Wings come out of the oven full of flavor and fall off the bone, moist and tender! None of the mess from deep frying to clean up either. Serve these Wings with Celery Sticks and a side of ranch or blue cheese dressing. Great for game day or anytime you are craving delicious Buffalo Wings!

OVEN BAKED BUFFALO WINGS

Ingredients:

  • 3 Pounds Bone In Full Chicken Wings
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Montreal Chicken Spice
  • 3 Tablespoons Avocado Oil (or vegetable Oil)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray a baking rack with non stick cooking spray. Place the rack on the foil lined pan.

3. Rub the Chicken Wings with the Oil, then sprinkle the Montreal Chicken Seasoning over all the Wings.

4. Place the Wings on the baking rack, skin side up.

5. Bake the Wings for 45-50 minutes. Do not turn the Wings during the baking process.

6. While the Wings are cooking, place the Butter, Buffalo Sauce and Maple Syrup into a medium size saucepan. Cook and stir on low heat until the Butter is melted and the Sauce comes together. Keep the Sauce warm.

7. When the Wings are done, transfer them to a large metal or glass bowl. Pour the Buffalo Sauce over all the Wings in the bowl. Now stir the Wings with tongs ensuring all the Wings get coated with the Sauce.

8. Transfer the Buffalo Wings to a serving platter. Serve Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping, on the side. Celery Sticks also make a great side to serve with the Buffalo Wings.
