Mini Turkey Croissant Sandwiches

Share

Perfect Mini Sandwiches for a gathering.

These Mini Croissant Sandwiches are easy to make with only a few ingredients. The star of the show is really the buttery, flaky Croissant, but I add in a little sweetness with Apricot Preserves, a little smokiness with Mesquite Deli Turkey, and a little kick with Honey Mustard Dressing. All a great combination to create a  Mini Sandwich that is perfect for parties like a bridal or baby shower or really on any buffet table.

MINI TURKEY CROISSANT SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

  • 12 Mini Croissants, sliced in half
  • 6 Slices Havarti Cheese Slices, cut in half
  • 1 Pound Deli Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast Slices
  • 3/4 Cup Honey Mustard Dressing
  • 1/2 Cup Apricot Preserves
  • Mixed Greens

Directions:

1. Spread about 1/2 Tablespoon Apricot Preserves on the bottom cut side of one Croissant.

2. Top with one Slice Havarti Cheese.

3. Add a few Mixed Green Leaves on top of the Havarti. Go sparingly here only using about 5 or 6 Leaves.

4. Fold 3 pieces of Turkey in half and place them on top of the Mixed Green Leaves.

5. Spread 1 Tablespoon Honey Mustard on the cut side of the top half of the Croissant and place on top of the Turkey Slices.

6. Continue with the remaining Croissants to yield 12 Mini Turkey Croissant Sandwiches. Place the Sandwiches on a tray for serving.
