Merry Monkey
A creamy, delicious cordial cocktail!
Just three simple ingredients make a perfect cordial. This beverage is delightful as an after dinner drink. Skip the dessert and have a Merry Monkey!
MERRY MONKEY
Ingredients:
- 1 part Merry’s Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 part Skatter Brain Dark Chocolate Banana Whiskey
- 1 splash Heavy Cream
Directions:
1. Fill a cordial or rocks glass with Ice.
2. Pour 1 part Merry’s Irish Cream over the Ice.
3. Pour 1 part Skatter Brain Dark Chocolate Banana Whiskey in next.
4. Add just a splash of Heavy Cream to top it off.
5. Stir well, then serve.
